Decision Canvas
The Decision Canvas is a visual thinking tool for starting decision processes or projects. It enables people with complex decision needs to systematically reflect on their decision requirements and gain clarity.
Like every canvas, the Decision Canvas also shows its strength when used in a team. In contrast to other canvas variants, however, the Decision Canvas provides for clear roles during processing. Its use is recommended whenever difficult decisions need to be made.
